#5 Jeni’s Ice Cream
This was my first time having this fresh instead of from the grocery store. I tried wild-berry lavender which was good. Lemon bar is delicious with lemon curd, shortbread and coconut ice cream. I love the bits of shortbread but it tasted the same as pints I’ve gotten from Meijer.
#4 Alligator Soul
This was delightful. The small size of the chocolates, whipped cream and raspberries made it a different and yummy eating experience.
#3 Ice Cream at Milk & Honey in Traverse City
This is a great shop with great flavors and huge scoops. This time I went with honey lavender and sweet cream but the dark chocolate is so rich, worth a try also.
#2 Doki Doki in Savannah
This was such a surprise! I was walking around Savannah and this looked too good to walk away. I had mango and mascarpone lemon but it was so hard to choose. I’d love to go back.
#1 Salt & Straw Ice Cream
This lived up to the hype and I’m going back the next time I’m on the west coast. Also, my dad was cracking up our server. I got honey lavender and strawberry honey balsamic with black pepper. The strawberry was my favorite.
