My trip to Washington with my dad was short but fun, especially because it was warm and sunny every day we were in Seattle. We saw a few sights but I mostly focused on the food and because I love lists I’m going to rank them.

I’ve mentioned before that if there’s a special occasion I’ll email the hotel to ask for something special. I use a template I got from Geobreeze Travel. My dad has retired recently so I asked for something for him. They gave us wine, chocolate, and a card for him. I really appreciated they emailed me back to ask for wine preferences. I also used the bath bomb they gave us.

This Sri Lankan Chicken Mango dish is delicious!!! I’m not sure what the crunchy bits at the top were but they were so good!!! It might be my best meal of 2023!
